Cypress Point is a small community of 107 single-family homes located just off Vineyard Avenue in North Oxnard. If location is important, you will find this community to be ideal. First, you would be just minutes from the 101 freeway but feel a world away. And then, just a few minutes to the north, you will find The Collection, a master-planned development that provides a plethora of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. If golfing is your thing, the River Ridge Golf Club is right next door, boasting two secluded 18-hole courses. And yes, Oxnard is a coastal community, with its tranquil beaches just a 10-minute drive from your front door.

The community does have a small HOA fee that cares for the pool and common areas, and a quick drive-thru would sell you on the meticulousness of the homeowners themselves.
Recent pricing has been in the low to mid $700,000’s, and surprisingly to us, only several of the last few sales hit the $800,000 mark. Considering our historically low-interest rates and our local markets’ overall energy the past two years, we see Cypress Point as an overlooked gem of a community that remains reasonably priced.
If there is a downside, it would be that homes here do not come on the market with any regularity. This is likely due to the community’s size and because many current residents are original owners, content with their homes and their lifestyle. But we do keep our eyes on Cypress Point because we see the quality and value it can offer to our buyers.
