The Concerts by the Sea summer series returned to Channel Islands Harbor today and the kick-off was a huge success.  Another casualty of the pandemic last summer, it was easy to pick up on the energy as the Series returned with 80’s Invasion, an 80’s Rock Cover Band.  The music was great, and the backdrop of the harbor’s main channel with its passing boats, paddleboarders, and kayakers provided the ambiance.   

Located at Peninsula Park, the annual summer Concerts by the Sea series happens every Saturday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, beginning today, July 10, and running through September 4.  As you can see by the lineup, there is a genre for everyone, but regardless of your musical flavor, it is really great to have that summer vibe back here in the neighborhood.

The Concerts by the Sea Summer Series is hosted by the Channel Islands Harbor Foundation and the Ventura County Harbor Department. The Series is also hosted and funded in part by Vintage Marina Partners.
