Well, so you may be here because you are thinking of making a move in real estate, and considering what your best options are – as you may have heard Rebecca say – the Real Estate Agent you chose to work with is critical to this process. A large percentage of our clients start online – which we agree makes sense, gone are the days when Realtors are the keepers of all information housing (kind of like cars, remember when you would not figure out how much a car would cost without a car salesperson?). Unfortunately, this sometimes translates into you ending up with a Realtor on the other end of a Zillow Click Here button. You need and deserve better than this when making such big decisions.
Our first advice would be to find an agent you connect with, build trust with, and depend on to help you navigate the real estate quagmire. Do this by having conversations before making commitments and finding an agent you feel comfortable with. Please don’t just casually end up with an agent assigned to you by an online lead generation service (watch those URLs before you click). Even if it doesn’t end up being us, we highly encourage a proactive approach on your part; you can trust us when we tell you it will make your whole life better!
We say that we want to be “Your Partners in Real Estate” because we are confident in the value that we bring to our clients’ Real Estate experience, and we know we know what being in a partnership means.
We know that we can bring a lot to our partnership with you to make this process less stressful for you and allow you to focus on the rest of the million things you need to do.
There are a lot of good realtors out there. We know a lot of good realtors. But the question is, who do you want to work with?
A good friend of ours once said that his most valued belief was always to try to do the right things for the right reasons. If you are considering a real estate move, we hope to talk to you about partnering with you in that process whenever you are ready to take that step. And don’t forget, we’re pretty awesome!
